Group Booking Policy

Minimum Requirements:

Discounted rates are applicable when reserving fifteen or more rooms off-peak. Please call (866) 847-6575 for your group quote.

Deposits:

Initial deposit of $250.00 is required to confirm rooms. The deposit is refundable with a sixty (60) day notice of cancellation. An additional non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival to continue holding space. Balances are due upon checkout.

Payment Method:

Deposits can be paid by credit card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express, check, cash or money order.

Activities:

The Lilac Tree Hotel & Spa can arrange all of your island activities at cost price with sufficient prior notice.

Rooming List:

Thirty (30) days prior to arrival we require a preliminary rooming list. A final guest count is due 14 days prior to arrival.

Complimentary Room:

We will provide a complimentary single accommodation and the identical meal plan (if applicable) for the tour escort, based on fifteen paid rooms per night.

Luggage:

All luggage must have identifiable tags. There is a $4.00 per person baggage charge for round trip service.
